Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredientai

4 cups chicken

3/4 cup homemade mayo, more if desired

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 cup red onion

1 cup celery

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp raw honey

1/2 cup dill pickles

2 tsp dill weed

1 tsp celery salt

Salt and pepper to taste

Nurodymai

1.) Dice onions, celery, and pickles. Combine with remaining ingredients.

2.) Stir until coated evenly. Enjoy as is or let sit a day to let the flavors marinate…it only gets better!
