My Baked Beans Recipe

1/2 lb Bacon diced
1 Yellow Onion diced small
6 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Molasses
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Ketchup
2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 1/4 lb Navy Beans (soaked in water overnight) (3 Cups = approximately. 1 1/4 lb)
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1. Soak beans overnight. Place in Pressure Cooker and add 6 Cups Water. Cook on High Pressure X 30 minutes with natural release. Drain and rinse well.
2. Saute bacon until browned. Add onion and cook until browned.
3. Add beans to dutch oven. Add molasses, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and baking soda to dutch oven. Add bacon and onion to dutch oven. Place uncovered in 250 degree oven and cook until thickened
4. Season w/ salt and pepper to taste.

3 Cups of dry beans = 6 X 15 oz cans of beans.
Beans with sauce, bacon, and onion don't have enough liquid to cook together in pressure cooker. Therefore, put all into dutch oven and cook uncovered in 250F oven until done.
