450 Creamcheese

60 g Parmesan / Mature cheddar

1 egg

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

1 tsp Salt

1. Wash the spinach and wilt in a frying pan over medium heat.

2. Cool and squeeze out access moisture.

3. Chop spinach finely.

4. Combine spinach with the remaining filling ingredients.

5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
