1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 cup(s) carrots, chopped medium to fine
1/4 cup(s) red pepper, chopped medium to fine
1 cup(s) Miracle Whip or mayonnaise, more if needed
2 tablespoon(s) milk
- salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
If the salad seems dry, add a bit more Miracle Whip or mayonnaise before serving. Stir again and serve.
