High Protein Greek Chicken Salad

Tzatziki dressing:

1 cup Greek yogurt @wallabyyogurt

1 cup Shredded Cucumbers

1 tbsp chopped Dill

1 lemon (juiced)

3 minced garlic cloves

1/2 tsp Salt and pepper

Chicken Salad:

1 rotisserie chicken or 2-3 chicken breasts

1/2 diced Red onion

1 cup of chopped Cherry tomatoes

1 cup Feta cheese @athenosfeta

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1/2 Lemon

방향

In a small bowl add your tzatziki dressing ingredients and mix well.

In a large bowl add your chicken salad ingredients and mix in your dressing, top with more lemon and enjoy!
