I said 52g but forgot to add the cheese - it’s 56g protein with the sprinkle of cheese!

350g Turkey mince

Tsp garlic powder

Big handful spinach

I just did a dash of chicken stock (could use broth) just to add flavour

60g tomato puree

40g lasagne sheets

2 Eggs

200g low fat cottage cheese
