Ingredients: The Drill-Swizzle (Drizzle?) provided by @jay.mcn.; Drink: Truffle Pig; 1oz Truffle Infused White Rum*; 1oz Rum Blend (50% Overproof Jamaican White Rum, 50% Aged Jamaican Rum); 1oz Cream of Coconut; 3oz Pineapple Juice; Method: combine all ingredients with pebbled/crushed ice in a shaker (the large tin) and swizzle. Party Pour into a cocktail glass and top with fresh pebbled/crushed ice. Garnish: Pineapple.; Truffle Infused White Rum; 2 cups White Rum; 30ml Truffle Oil; Method: Combine ingredients in a mason jar and shake well. Let site for rwo hours, shaking periodically before placing in the freezer. This may take a few days to get completely solid.
