Creamy White Bean Soup

재료

3 cans of white beans 15 oz each

4 cups vegetable broth

1 onion

3 carrots

2 celery stalks

3 cloves of garlic

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 cup of dry white wine or vegetable broth

6 sprigs of fresh thyme or dried thyme

2 bay leaves

1/2 cup of parmesan cheese , grated

3 cups spinach , fresh or frozen

1 lemon

Salt

Black pepper

Olive oil
