• 1.5 kg beef shanks • 8 cups water

• 1 medium ohich, guartered

2 tbsp fish Sauce

2 beef bouillen cubes

2 tsp wkole black

pepercorns

1tsp kosher salt

Veggies of choice (eorn, cabbage, bok chey)

• Fish Sauce dip (2 tbsp fisk Sauce + % tsp calamansi or lemen joice)

1. Combine the beef shanks and water in a large pot

2.Bring to a boil, skimming of any Scum that float to the Surface 3.Add in the ohion, fiSh Sauce, beef bouillen, black pepper, and salt 4.Coyer and let Simmer for 1.5-2 hours, until beef is tender S.Ada the corn and soften for S mins C.Ada the cabbage and bok chey and let soften for S more mins 7.Sea son with more salt and/or fish Sauce to taste

8.Serve wit, the fish sauce dip!
