1/4 cup heavy cream

1 bag of frozen broccoli

1 lb cubed ham pieces

1 (16oz) container low fat cottage cheese

1/4 cup Garlic and Herb Bread Crumbs

½ (5 spays) fluid ounce Olive Oil Spray

Season to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
