1 ½ lb Ground beef, 93% lean

Salt & Pepper, to taste

6 cloves Garlic minced

4 tsp Ginger, grated

4 Green onions, sliced

3 tbsp Brown sugar

1/2 cup Beef broth, low-sodium

3 tbsp Hoisin sauce

1/2 cup Soy sauce, low-sodium

1 tbsp Cornstarch + 1/4 cup water

1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)

Avocado oil spray, for cooking
