CHECK DADS RECIPE FIRST!

  • 1 extra deep king roaster/baker pan (star market) (11-3/4 x 9-3/8 x 3-3/16)

  • 2 24oz signature select vodka pasta sauce

  • 1.5lbs motz low moisture whole milk

  • Locatelli pecorino romano

  • 2 lbs ziti

  1. Cook ziti in salt water to Al dente

  2. Preheat oven to 350-400

  3. Sauce the bottom of the aluminum tray

  4. Mix the ziti, 1-1.5 jar of sauce, ricotta cheese, 1lb mots, pecorino Romano, basil

  5. Cover with tin foil and cook for ~40 mins

  6. Take off aluminum, pour on remaining 1/2lbs of mots and put in broiler till brown

NO RICOTTA USED. But try again next time see dads

Second time

  • used 1 siggy select vodka pasta sauce (600 cal)

  • and 1 wegmans tomato basil (370 cal)

  • with 8oz pollyo ricotta (for 1 24oz regular jar) (360 cal)
