๐ง Classic Tapioca Pudding:
1/2 cup cooked tapioca pearls
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 egg yolks (beaten)
1/2 tsp vanilla
๋ฐฉํฅ
1. Heat milk, salt, sugar, and pearls in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Once hot, slowly add a few spoons of hot mixture into the beaten egg yolks to temper.
3. Return all to the pot and cook on low until thickened (~5 minutes), stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat, add vanilla, and cool.
