Sauce:

1 jar (3 cups) marinara sauce (brand: Yo mamas)

1 cup fat free cottage cheese

1/2 cup fat free mozzarella

8 oz shell pasta

20 cherry tomatoes

Toppings:

Basil

Balsamic glaze (optional)

The rest of the bag of fat free mozzarella (1.25 cup)

Maybe top it with parm & red pepper flakes 🔥

Not many seasonings in this one - very easy to make the marinara sauce does a lot of the heavy lifting
