Without a doubt the best tofu dish ever !!!!!!!!

Sauce -

3 tablespoons light soy sauce

1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

1-2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sriracha

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

2 teaspoons cornstarch (make a slurry)

Stir-Fry

3 whole dried red chilies

1 tablespoon grated garlic

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1/2 onion cut in squares

1 medium green pepper cut in squares

2-3 stalks green and white spring onions chopped

1/4 cup roasted peanuts

1 pck tofu -Pan fried

Make this high protein dish for dinner and pair it with some garlic fried rice .
