Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

3 cups cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat, your preference)

1/3 cup sugar-free maple syrup (or regular maple syrup if preferred)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blend: Combine the cottage cheese, sugar-free maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender.

Blend until smooth: Blend the ingredients for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

Add mix-ins (optional): If you'd like to add mix-ins like peanut butter, chocolate chips, fruit, or crushed cookies, fold them into the blended mixture at this point.

Freeze: Pour the blended mixture into a metal loaf pan or ice cream container. Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until the ice cream is firm enough to scoop.

Serve: Once frozen, scoop and enjoy your high-protein cottage cheese ice cream!
