Cinnamon Roll Cookies

For the dough: 1/4 cup unsalted butter, 4 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 11/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 egg, 1/4 tsp salt, 21/4 cup all purpose flour, 3 Tbsp milk

For the filling: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 8 tsp ground cinnamon, 6 Tbsp melted butter.

For the glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar & 2 tsp milk.

Pre-Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl add your soften cream cheese & butter, mix together. Add sugar, vanilla extract, egg, mix until smooth. Add all purpose flour & baking power, continue mixing. Add milk & mix.

In another bowl.. add brown sugar, cinnamon, & melted butter, mix well.

On a parchment paper, roll out your dough. Add your cinnamon roll mixture on top & spread evenly.

Roll up the dough & and cut into layers. Place on a baking sheet & gently press down. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20min

Remove from heat oven. In a small mixing bowl, add powdered sugar & mix. Mix well & then drizzle onto each roll. ENJOY!🤤
