• Spray pan with oil

• layer your favorite bread on the bottom of the pan (8x1l pan good for 2-4 people)

• Fry up diced onions, (bacon, or hot dogs, or sausage) until brown. Sprinkle over bread

• Add your choice of vegetables (tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, broccoli)

• Sprinkle on grated cheese, any kind, mexican blend or cheddar is best.

• add top layer of bread

• in another bowl mix 6-8 eggs,

• add water, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley

• pour mixture evenly over the bread, make sure bread is soaked with egg

• top with more cheese, cover well with cheese, sprinkle Italian seasoning Over top bake at 375 until browned on top, and egg is firm ******if egg is not cooked thoroughly after cutting, put piece in microwave for 15-20 sec
