Ingredients per 6 mandu:

6 sheets of rice paper

8 oz 95% lean ground beef, raw

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp salt

4 green onions

1 zucchini, whole

1 second spray oil

How to make it yourself:

Thinly slice your green onions and zucchini

In a bowl, add your green onions and zucchini, oyster sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, cornstarch, salt, and ground beef. Mash and mix well to make your filling

Lightly wet your rice paper and shake off excess water and lay flat on a table

Place 2-3 tbsps of your filling on the rice paper and roll it into a burrito

On a pan on medium low heat coated with spray oil, place your dumpling and grill on both sides until crispy brown and the meat cooks inside and enjoy!
