225g Extra Lean Ground Chicken

Chopped Green Onion

1 Tsp Grated Ginger

½ Tbsp Garlic

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

½ Tbsp Sesame Oil

½ Tbsp Oyster Sauce

½ Tsp Brown Splenda

½ Tsp Salt

1 Tsp White Pepper

3 Tbsp Chicken Broth

3 Sheets Wonton Wrapper

Sesame Oil Soy Sauce:

3 Tbsp of soy sauce

½ Tsp of sesame oil

Pinch of chili flakes/gochugaru

Into a bowl combine the following ingredients 225g Extra Lean Ground Chicken,Chopped Green Onion, 1 Tsp Grated Ginger, ½ Tbsp Garlic, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, ½ Tbsp Sesame Oil, ½ Tbsp Oyster Sauce, ½ Tsp Brown Splenda, ½ Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp White Pepper and mix.

Into a small baking dish/small bowl, add a layer of filling, napa cabbage, repeat, top with a wonton wrapper and add 3 Tbsp of Chicken Broth.

Steam the baking dish for 10-12mins (or until the entire mixture is cooked).

Top with green onions, soy sauce mixture and enjoy!

This recipe takes the cake as it’s easy to make and delicious. The savoury broth to the chewy wonton wrapper, this one will be going in my rotation for easy high protein meals.
