Honey Garlic Salmon Bowls

skinless salmon filet, cut into cubes

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

2 tsp sesame oil

4-5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 2 tsp onion powder

let marinate for at least 10 minutes. air fry at 400°F for about 8-10 minutes, flipping and adding extra sauce halfway through.

cucumber salad

2 large cucumbers, sliced thinly and dried

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp chili garlic crunch

1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder

rice

1 cup jasmine rice

2 cups water

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1-2 tsp white sugar

1/2 tsp salt

top with

green onion

furikake flakes

dried seaweed snacks

optional: siracha mayo
