Fajita Chicken Marinade
Smoky, citrusy, and packed with Tex-Mex flavor!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp orange juice (optional)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp cayenne (optional)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Lemon Garlic Chicken Marinade
Light, zesty, and perfect for grilled chicken!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest from 1/2 lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Honey Sriracha Lime Marinade
A spicy-sweet kick with a touch of tang!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sriracha
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
These marinades make enough for 24 oz of chicken! Let the chicken soak for at least 30 minutes for max flavor!
