Soak the Noodles:

Soak the rice noodles according to the package directions. ๐Ÿ›

Prepare Ingredients:

Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces and dice the vegetables. ๐Ÿ”ช

Heat the Oil:

Heat the canola oil in a wok or large sautรฉ pan over medium-high heat. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Cook the Beef:

Add the beef, diced yellow onion, minced garlic, and soy sauce to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the beef is browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. ๐Ÿณ

Add Stock and Veggies:

Pour in the chicken stock, then add the shredded cabbage, sliced carrots, and diced green onions. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables have softened. ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฅฌ

Combine with Noodles:
