Fresh Mango Salsa Is My Summer Go-to

It’s sweet, spicy, tangy, and somehow goes with everything.

Tacos? Yep. Grilled chicken? Definitely. Chips on the patio? Always.

Takes 10 minutes, no fancy tools and just a knife and a big bowl. 🥹

Full recipe below if you’re ready to make it now:

3 ripe mangos, diced

½ red onion, diced

½ red bell pepper, diced

¼ cup chopped cilantro

1 small jalapeño, diced (remove seeds for less heat)

½ tsp apple cider vinegar

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Stir it all together in a bowl. Taste and adjust salt or spice as needed.

Serve with tortilla chips or on tacos, grilled meats, salads, wraps—you name it.
