Honey and Lime Chicken

For the chicken:

6-8 bone-in, skin-on, chicken thighs

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

2 limes, juiced

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)

For serving:

1 can Bush’s® Honey Baked Beans

In a large baking dish, whisk together the olive oil, honey, lime juice, garlic, salt, and thyme.

Place the chicken thighs in the marinade, turning each piece several times so that they are completely coated, and leaving them skin side up in the baking dish.

Cover the dish tightly and place it in the refrigerator for 45-60 minutes to marinate.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Uncover the baking dish, place it in the oven on the middle rack, and roast for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown, and an instant thermometer measures at 165 degrees F in the thickest part of the thigh.

Heat the honey baked beans according to the instructions on the can and serve alongside the honey lime baked chicken.
