all purpose flour or bread flour 3&1/3 cups (500g ) I used bread flour but you can use APF as well .

Butter 50g

sugar 1/4 cup (40g)

1 egg

instant yeast 2 tsp (6g)

powdered milk 20 g

1/6 cup)

salt 1/2 tsp

For filling

Jam or any fillling

eggwash (1 egg +1 tbsp water
