Mrs Wai’s Fried Rice

재료

1 teaspoon veg oil

8oz small Shrimp (30-35ct)

4oz Cubes of Ham

1/2 White onion

4 stalks Green Onion

2 garlic cloves

2 cups cooked rice (she uses white, but whatever kind you want is fine)

1 egg beaten

salt-pepper to taste

tiny bit of MSG/Accent - she claims is the secret addition and won’t taste the same without!

Use non-stick skillet

add 1 teaspoon veg oil

Saute shrimp and ham, remove from pan

sauté white and green onion

add garlic

add the rice, break up well and add a little oil if you need to.

add the beaten egg over top

add the salt/pepper/MSG

add the ham/shrimp
