Chili Crunch Caesar salad dressing:

3/4 cup of hummus or vegan mayo

1/2 tsp of dijon mustard

Juice from 1/2 of a lemon

1 tsp of vegan Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ tbsp of chopped capers

1 tbsp minced garlic and/or 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1/4 cup of nutritional yeast or vegan grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp of warm water or plain, unsweetened plant milk

2 tbsp chili crunch (or more)

salt and pepper to taste

For the salad: cooked pasta, kale, lettuce, roasted chickpeas or crispy tofu
