What You Need:

1/2 cup (120g) nonfat Greek yogurt

2 tbsp (30g) lemon juice

2 tbsp (14g) grated parmesan

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 anchovy fillet

1 tbsp light mayo

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1–2 tbsp water (thin it out)
