gnocchi

1 cup chickpea flour

2-3 tbsp tofu paste

tofu paste

blended silken tofu

aglio e olio

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

3 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup pasta water

salt to taste

boil the gnocchi until they rise to the top of the pot - taste test to make sure it’s at your desired doneness
