Super Juice Is Dead

No it is not. @kevin_kos made a video recently going into the claims of super juice being dead, but I think it’s bonkers. Super juice is still super important and is constantly evolving as we can see it!

The recipe in this video is Brian Tasch’s Pseudo juice recipe! (With my one tweak).

30g Lemon peel

27g Citric acid

3g Malic acid

30g Sugar

1g Salt

500g Water

The juice works great, no i didn’t just taste the juice and leave it at that I also made some drinks with it 😂. The recipes between Kevin and Brian, although clearly different, create a very similar result.

The only gripe I have with Brian’s is that you don’t add the juice back in? Maybe it’s to do with shelf life but I couldn’t quite find the answer.
