1 box soft tofu

3 eggs

Shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Chopped green pepper

Chopped chili

1 tsp minced garlic

Diced sausage

25ml soy sauce

15ml oyster sauce

15ml sesame oil

8g salt

55ml water

1 bowl cooked rice

Cut the tofu into cubes and pan-fry until lightly golden on both sides.

Pour in the beaten eggs and place shrimp on top. Cook gently until the egg sets.

Add chopped green pepper, chili, garlic, and diced sausage. Stir-fry briefly.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add a bowl of cooked rice, mix lightly, and serve warm.
