• 1 Standard sized bagel

• 8 oz. tomato sauce or pizza sauce

• Shredded mozzarella cheese

Optional toppings like pepperoni, olives...

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut the bagel in half. Spread tomato sauce on each half of the bagel. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sauce on each half of bagel. Add your favorite toppings. Sprinkle oregano and basil on each half. Put bagels on baking sheet and pop into the oven for 5-8 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling. Let cool before eating.
