1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (it’s coming 🎉)

1 tbsp chia seeds

dash of Vanilla Extract

1/2 can Aonic Fuel (around 1 cup) @aoniclife in Smooth Vanilla (or 1 cup of milk of choice but this version will have less protein)

add strawberries, Greek yogurt, Graham Cracker thins and ENJOY 😊
