Cinnamon Roll Flat Cakes

4 cups @hungryjack Buttermilk pancake and waffle mix
1 ½ cup water

Mix until smooth
Pour onto a parchment lined sheet pan
For the cinnamon sugar mixture
2 sticks of butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Mix until well combined
Pour onto pancake mixture and swirl to combine
Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-16 minutes
Top with icing or Hungry Jack syrup and enjoy!!
