Slow Cooker Bbq Beef Brisket

3 lb beef brisket

1 ½ cups BBQ sauce

1 cup beef broth

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Pat the brisket dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika.

Place the brisket whole into the slow cooker.

In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, beef broth, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.

Pour the sauce evenly over the brisket.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours until ultra tender.

Let rest 15 minutes before slicing against the grain.

Spoon extra sauce over the slices before serving.
