Ingredients:
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp ginger, grated
1/2 cup neutral oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 small garlic clove, minced

1. Whisk vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and galic until combined
2. Slowly whisk in neutral oil and sesame oil
3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Chill before serving.
