chop up 2 eggs (or egg whites)

1 avocado

1/4 onion

6-8 oz salmon, pre-cooked

3 large spoons of Greek yogurt

1/2 lemon juice

garlic, salt and pepper to preference

Romaine lettuce leaves, washed

fill with mixture and top off with chili flakes (per preference)
