Brown Sugar Soy Fried Ramen

2 Tbsp Butter

1 Tbsp Minced Garlic (about a regular spoonful)

1 Tbsp brown sugar

½ Cup Soy Sauce

Red Pepper Flakes

2 Packages of Ramen Noodles

1 Egg

Bring half a pot of water to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook both packages of ramen for about three minutes, discarding seasonings. Drain water.

In the pot, add butter, minced garlic and cook over medium heat until butter and garlic are browned. Add brown sugar and red pepper flakes and stir in.

Add soy sauce such that the pain is covered ~ ½ of an inch. Allow to boil. Once boiling, add the noodles and stir in.

Continue cooking and stirring for about 2-3 minutes to combine sauce and allow noodles to fry.

Add the egg and continue cooking and stirring until the egg is cooked through. Remove from heat and serve.
