Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

1 loaf brioche bread

8oz mozzarella, shredded

8oz cheddar, shredded

4 tbsp spreadable butter, softened

3 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic and chopped parsley.

Spread a thin layer of the garlic butter on one side of each of piece of bread. Make sure you don’t add to much butter so it doesn’t make the grilled cheese soggy.

Place bread, butter side down, in a large pan or griddle over low-medium heat. Add a little butter to pan if needed. Add both shredded cheese’s and a piece of bread, butter side up, on top.

Cook for about 2 minutes each side until golden.
