1 ½ lb flank steak
1 bunch cilantro, stems removed and roughly chopped
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup tamari
⅓ cup orange juice
2 limes, juiced
4 garlic cloves, minced or thinly sliced
1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste

Add cilantro, olive oil, soy sauce, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno and cumin to a medium bowl and whisk well. Pour over steak and allow meat to marinade for at least 5 hours but ideally overnight.
Preheat grill or cast iron skillet to medium high. Remove meat from marinade and wipe off excess. Dry steak and season with salt and pepper.
Grill until seared on both sides and internal temperature of the thickest part of the steak hits 130°F, about 7-8 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Rest for ten minutes then slice or cut into bite sized pieces.
