Air-fried Apple Pies

Air-Fried Apple Pies (82 cals, 4g protein each 🍎)

½ apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), diced

1 cup water

¼ cup monk fruit sweetener

½ tbsp cinnamon

Dash vanilla

Simmer until soft, then add 1 tsp cornstarch mixed w/ 1 tbsp water to thicken

Cut tortilla in half, form cone shape

Mix 1 tbsp flour + 1 tbsp water for “glue” to seal edges

Fill with apple mix, seal edges w/ glue + fork

Air fry at 400°F for 10 min

Coat with cinnamon + monk fruit mix
