Spinach & Goat Cheese Lasagne

1.5 pack of fresh lasagne plates
1.5 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon honey
0.5 teaspoon sambal oelek / chilli flakes
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 dl of water
70 grams baby spinach
200 grams of chรจvre cheese
2 dl cream fraiche
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of basil
2x cans of passed tomatoes
2 garlic clove
1 yellow onion
1 carrot

1. Set the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Peel and chop the onion. Peel the root vegetables and garlic cloves. Tear the carrot and garlic on a grater and fry all in 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the tomatoes, water, sambal oelek, tomato puree, honey, basil, salt and pepper and let it boil.
4. Mix the chevre cheese with cream fraiche.
5. Pour some tomato sauce into the bottom of the mold. Divide the lasagna slabs in equal lengths. Add a layer of lasagne slabs and spread over half of the cheese-mix. Sprinkle over some of the spinach.
6. Continue to layering tomato sauce, lasagne plates, cheese-mix and spinach. Finish with a layer of cheese-mix and tomato sauce. Insert the oven for about 20 minutes / 45-50 with non fresh lasagne sheets.
