Curry Chicken Salad

2 cups shredded chicken breast

1/2 cup celery (sliced thin)

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup sour cream or greek yogurt

1/4 cup red onions (Sliced thin)

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 cup toasted shaved or slivered almonds

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper�

In a large bowl, whisk together the mayo, sour cream or yogurt, garlic powder, curry powder, honey, Dijon, lemon juice and raisins. Mix until well combined. Add the shredded chicken, celery, toasted almonds, red onions salt, pepper and toss well.

Serve as is, on a bed of lettuce, with crackers or bread and Devour!
