Ingredients: This makes 6 meals
26oz boneless skinless chicken thighs (2 tsp salt, pepper, onion, oregano, smoked paprika)
12oz dry spaghetti (Brami)
700g cherry tomatoes (salt, pepper, garlic cloves, thyme)
2 tbsp olive oil
10g fresh parm
Oven baked tomatoes: 400° for 40 mins
Air fried chicken: 390° for 20 mins (flip half way)
