Stuffed Chicken Breast

STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST:

I would plan one chicken breast per guest, so double the recipe accordingly!)

4 chicken breasts

1 box cornbread stuffing

1 stick butter

3/4 cup honey

salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder (I eyeballed this!)

Follow steps in video! Cook in 350 degree oven for about. 45 minutes. Broil at the end if you feel like it needs a little browning! Make sure to baste chicken with sauce every 15ish minutes.

We serve with asparagus and hassleback potatoes! SO GOOD!
