Coconut Guava Margarita

Classics are classics for a reason, they’re tough to improve on. But riffs don’t always have to be a reinvention of the wheel, sometimes it can just be playing around with a certain element like texture. This drink really is just a fruity, tropical and creamy Margarita that goes down too easily. A nice shredded coconut, salt and lime zest rim doesn’t hurt either 🥥

1/2oz agave

1oz lime juice

1oz coconut cream

1 ½ guava nectar

2oz blanco tequila @milagrotequila

First add a stripe of agave syrup to a chilled glass, then press that against a pile of your coconut salt and lime mixture to rim the glass. Set the glass aside. Add all of your ingredients to a shaker along with ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Fine strain into your prepped glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel!
