1 lb ground pork

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch ginger, minced

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 thai chilli

1/4 cup green onion sliced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

Juice of a lime

1 tbsp corn starch

Wonton or egg roll wrappers
