9 oz Cauliflower Linguine

Boil a large pot of unsalted water + gently loosen 1 package of linguine with hands; carefully place in water, stir immediately + boil 2-3 min until al dente, then drain + return to pot
Heat sauce in a pan over medium or in a covered microwave-safe bowl 30-60 sec or until warm
Combine sauce with pasta then garnish with freshly chopped chives—looks great!
