  • Pepperoni: pepperoni, red sauce, pizza cheese (optional - jalapeños, pepperoncini, pineapple)

  • Margherita: light red sauce, pizza cheese, thin sliced Roma tomatoes, fresh basil

  • Apple bacon: no sauce, bacon (lightly par cook), sliced apples, shredded cheddar. Once cooked, drizzle maple syrup

  • Meatzza: red sauce, pizza cheese, pepperoni, choice combination of sopressata, spicy sausage circles, dry salami, etc.

  • Asparagus prosciutto: light olive oil drizzle, grated Parmesan, asparagus spears, torn prosciutto

  • Mushroom garlic: roasted garlic olive oil sauce, grated Parmesan, mixed blend of grilled/sautéed mushrooms (optional: torn prosciutto or arugula)
